change

i went fully online with all my students from the very beginning of the pandemic. it showed that next to the curriculum content they needed support and guidance sustaining with online teaching. They also increasingly needed support with emotionally handling the many changes in their personal and work life during the ongoing pandemic. So did friends and colleagues and this is how I brought the program into being.

In the program I mentor online to emotionally master the process of change. To eventually embody the process of change. We need to transform our cognitive motion to action. We need to feel it, act it out and work through resistance in order to overcome fear, which is always part of a change process. There might be a goal set to be reached but for the experiencing, the practising, the rehearsing of the process of change it is not necessary. the wheel of change spins out of its own dynamic. Accelerating us step by step to develop, strengthen and refine our change maker skills.

celebrating change

i went fully online with teaching from the very beginning of the pandemic. Next to content my students and clients needed support and guidance to emotionally handle the many changes in their personal and work life. This is how change came into being. I fused my experience in changing, teaching, listening, creativity, bodywork, yoga, shadow work and being a mentee myself.

Celebrating change is an  online mentoring program. I guide you and support you on how to embody your process of change. In order to live it with ease and joy. Celebrating every little step you make, appreciating yourself. Being kind to yourself and aware of what is needed to expand. Once you allow yourself to change, you can transform your cognitive motion to action. You can switch from intellectual to intuitive mind. You can feel, act out and thrive through your change process which is essential. You cannot change in your mind only. You make yourselves familiar with  your change, embrace your resistance and hurdles. old patterns, overcoming fear: which are normal parts of a change process. And – you celebrate, always celebrate your progress, your new experience, your getting to know yourself better. There might be a change vision or just a feeling, a longing for change. For sure the wheel of change spins out of its own dynamic. Accelerating us step by step to develop, strengthen and refine our change maker skills, taking us to where we belong. Where we find our being.
